Owned by Dave from Indy. This car was just so a head of its time for Civic's back in the Early 2000's. What set this car a part was its neon paint job and people just went nuts over it at shows all across the Central, North East, and South back in 2001. Brian met Dave at a show and fell in love with the car and helped him take it to the next level. Magazine's where all over it and it cleaned house at every show it went to.
